Filo screw air compressors,

Screws that are registered as highly efficient are used. It has highly efficient precision rotors with a large clamping area. Our screw groups can carry high loads and maintenance costs are minimized with the use of long-life bearings.

V type belt-pulley system is used. When different pressure values are required, the desired values can be achieved by simply changing the belts and pulleys. The equipment used in the compressor (such as suction valve, separator and thermostatic valve, or valve) are designed and manufactured by the Filo R&D department.

All parts are delivered to the assembly department after passing all tests. Products that fail the tests are not included in the assembly process. Thermostatic valves produced by our company keep the oil going to the screw block at a certain temperature, preventing water condensation and extending the oil life. Thus, it operates smoothly in all weather conditions.

The compressor cabin, chassis and equipment used in the compressor are manufactured with the principle of being resistant to corrosion and rust and being able to operate for years without any problems.

It has a cabin design that minimizes noise and vibration and saves time in maintenance times.

The oil and air cooling system has a large internal volume and provides low pressure and low temperature. Thus, it can operate efficiently in all conditions.

The specially designed oil tank and separator filter provide optimum oil separation. The result is cleaner compressed air.

Specifics about the Filo BVS-Series,

These compressors are specially designed to increase the screw groups to different speeds using inverters.

In terms of energy efficiency, our BVS models are 25-35% more efficient than standard model compressors without inverters. The inverter in the compressor enables the electric motor speed to adjust itself according to the flow rate required by the enterprise.

The sensors inside the compressor, which detect the needs of the business, enable the compressor to operate in variable power ranges with the help of the inverter. Thus, the electricity consumption will decrease at the same rate in line with the variations in the speed of the electric motor according to the needs of the enterprise and this will return to the enterprise as savings in electricity.

In addition, the use of inverters increases the life of the equipment as it provides soft start and stop in the motor and therefore reduces maintenance costs.

If different pressure ranges are required, the desired pressure can be obtained by entering the desired values from the control panel without making any changes in the compressor.

Integrated compact unit: It is a monobloc structure that contains screw, separator tank, suction group, minimum pressure valve, thermostatic valve, oil, separator and air filter inside.

Silent operation: Due to the removal of the interconnections such as hose and the special interior design of the casting separator body, the sound level is minimized.

High efficiency and long working life: It provides high quality and long working life with the new generation screw unit, and specially designed separator tanks provide maximum efficiency and performance.

Easy to dismantle: Easy assembly of our compact units, the parts like screw, suction group, separator – oil wedge and so on. can be easily removed/plug as maintenance and overhaul.

Safety is first: The safety valve on top of the separator tank prevents the compact unit from exceeding its maximum working pressure to ensure both the unit and the operating safety. All units were subjected to a test of 1.5 times the working pressure as well as the materials whose safety was registered in the whole unit.
